Elevate your career with Sodexo as the Bilingual Director of Client Growth in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This key role enhances client retention, manages renewals, and drives profitable growth strategically.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Client Growth, you will lead a significant portfolio focused on client relationships and enhancing service value. Your expertise will contribute to aligning account plans with client priorities, ensuring operational collaboration, and executing growth initiatives. Travel across Canada is essential to maintain client relationships and oversee strategic reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead account planning and growth strategies
• Cultivate executive relationships with key clients
• Monitor account health for retention and satisfaction
• Develop actionable business cases for growth
• Collaborate internally to exceed client expectations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• Over 10 years in strategic account management
• Experience with B2B, national client portfolios
• Bilingualism in English and French
• Willingness to travel 25-40% across Canada
