Assistant Manager - Marketing & Growth

Solexes (Private) Limited is an innovation-driven technology company developing intelligent software products and digital solutions that solve real-world business challenges. Our focus spans Artificial Intelligence, enterprise software, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, serving customers across international markets while contributing to Pakistan's growing technology ecosystem.

As we expand our products and international presence, we are building an in-house marketing team capable of taking our technology products to market and building a strong corporate and product brand.

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager - Marketing & Growth who can work closely with our Marketing & Growth Lead to execute marketing initiatives across social media, content, digital campaigns, creative communications, influencer and community engagement, and lead-generation activities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing & Growth Lead, you will execute the planning, execution and day-to-day management of Solexes' marketing activities.

You will work across multiple marketing disciplines and will be expected to contribute directly to content development, social media management, creative production, campaign execution, influencer and community engagement, digital marketing and marketing communications.

You will also work with designers, video creators, freelancers, agencies and other external resources when required.

The role provides an opportunity to work within a growing AI company and develop broad practical exposure across B2B and B2C technology marketing, product marketing, digital growth and brand development.

• Social Media Management & Growth
• Own and maintain Solexes' social media presence across relevant platforms, particularly LinkedIn, X, and other priority channels.
• Drive channel growth, organic reach, and brand relevance by creating fresh, engaging content that sets us apart from generic corporate channels.
• Develop and execute platform-specific content calendars under the direction of the Marketing & Growth Lead. Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
• Adapt corporate, product, and technical content into engaging social media formats. Monitor engagement, audience growth, reach, and other relevant performance indicators.
• Respond to and manage appropriate audience interactions and community engagement.
• Identify relevant industry conversations, trends, hashtags, communities, and opportunities for organic visibility.

2. Content Creation & Marketing Communications

· Develop marketing content based on approved themes, campaigns and product priorities.

· Write and edit social media posts, captions, short-form articles, website content, email communications and other marketing materials.

· Support development of blogs, newsletters, case studies, product explainers, presentations and campaign materials.

· Convert technical information supplied by product and technical teams into clear and engaging business-oriented content.

· Repurpose long-form content into social posts, short-form content, graphics, videos and other formats.

· Maintain consistency in tone, messaging and brand voice across marketing communications.

· Assist in developing content for conferences, exhibitions, webinars and industry events.

3. Creative Ownership/Visual Strategy

· Act as the strategic creative powerhouse behind Solexes' visual content, working hand-in-hand with our in-house Multimedia Designer to bring campaign ideas to life.

· Conceptualize marketing graphics, social media creatives, ad visuals, presentations, and promotional assets.

· Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and approved brand guidelines.

· Support development of short-form video, reels, animations and other visual content.

· Work with designers, developers or creative specialists when required.

· Maintain organized libraries of editable creative assets and source files.

· Ensure marketing creatives are consistent with Solexes' visual identity and brand standards.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO, AIO & GEO)

· Own and execute Solexes' organic search and discovery strategy across all technical products and corporate landing pages.

· Conduct keyword research and write SEO-optimized content, blogs, and landing pages targeting high-intent B2B search terms.

· Implement modern Search & AI Optimization techniques: optimize content for AI Answer Engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tactics.

· Manage extensive on-page SEO, meta tags, URL structuring, content optimization, and keyword mapping.

· Identify underperforming content or campaigns and recommend improvements.

5. Digital Marketing, Campaign Execution & Lead Generation

· Execute integrated corporate, product, and lead-generation marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels

· Set up, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across relevant digital ad platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Search).

· Convert approved campaign strategies into execution plans, content requirements, and publishing schedules.

· Assist in developing landing pages, lead magnets, campaign forms, and calls-to-action to capture leads.

· Monitor ad performance, run A/B tests on messaging and creatives, and optimize campaigns for lead quality and CPL.

· Work with the Marketing & Growth Lead and technical/product teams to ensure accuracy of product communications.

· Maintain lead-generation metrics and campaign performance records.

6. Marketing Analytics & Reporting

· Track performance of social media, content, campaigns and other assigned marketing activities.

· Prepare regular reports and dashboards using agreed KPIs.

· Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, leads, conversions and campaign performance.

· Maintain accurate marketing activity and performance records.

· Identify trends and provide practical recommendations based on results.

· Support the Marketing & Growth Lead in preparing management reports.

9. Marketing Operations & Coordination

· Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, content libraries and other working documents.

· Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required information and approvals.

· Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, designers, video creators and other external resources when assigned.

· Ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

· Maintain organized records of marketing assets, credentials, campaign materials and source files.

· Support events, exhibitions, webinars and other marketing activities as required.

Lead Generation Execution: Supported successful campaign launches that generated qualified pipeline leads for Solexes' core products.

Autonomous Execution: Demonstrated the ability to independently manage assigned marketing activities from brief through execution, optimization, and reporting.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, Advertising or a related discipline.

· 3-4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with a marketing, branding, digital marketing or advertising agency.

· Demonstrated hands-on experience across social media management, content copywriting, search engine optimization (SEO), paid digital campaigns, and community engagement.

· Experience working on marketing campaigns for multiple clients or brands is highly desirable.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Good practical understanding of digital marketing platforms, paid media dashboards, SEO/AIO/GEO, and marketing tools.

· Working knowledge of relevant design, content, social media management, analytics or marketing tools.

Preferred Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who have gained hands-on experience within a reputable marketing, branding, digital marketing or advertising agency, where they have worked on campaigns for multiple brands and developed exposure to different marketing channels.

Candidates with strong practical capability in social media management, graphic design & video/content creation knowledge, and digital campaign execution are encouraged to apply, particularly where these skills are supported by broader understanding of marketing objectives, audience development and campaign performance.

Experience with B2B, SaaS, technology, AI, software, startups or international brands will be an advantage.

Experience in handling paid campaigns through LinkedIn, Google etc. will be a plus.

You should be creative but commercially minded, organized but flexible, comfortable working with limited supervision, and willing to learn across different areas of marketing.

The ability to work with designers, content creators, technical teams, management and external resources is important. Equally important is the ability to deliver personally rather than simply delegate or coordinate.
