As Manager, Business Application Management , you will lead a team of Business Application Analysts responsible for supporting and enhancing our HR Technology landscape, with a primary focus on Workday . This is more than a technology leadership role. It is an opportunity to shape how thousands of employees interact with HR services, influence strategic transformation initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve the colleague experience from hire to retire.

You will collaborate with business leaders, technology partners, vendors, and product teams to ensure our HR platforms are stable, innovative, secure, and positioned to meet the evolving needs of the organization. As a people leader, you will coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Business Application Analysts responsible for supporting and evolving our HR Technology ecosystem.
• Drive the strategic roadmap and day-to-day management of Workday and related HR technologies.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent, Employee Experience, and Technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Balance operational excellence with strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring systems remain stable while delivering meaningful enhancements.
• Prioritize and manage a diverse portfolio of enhancements, projects, regulatory updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion employee-centric design and help create intuitive, efficient, and scalable HR experiences.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and vendors to influence outcomes and maximize solution value.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and innovation across your team.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging capabilities in HR technology, AI, automation, and digital employee experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing technical, business systems, or application support teams.
• Experience supporting, implementing, or enhancing Workday solutions across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Talent, or related modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the role technology plays in enabling exceptional employee experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Experience leading both operational support and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management capabilities.
• Passion for coaching and developing talent while fostering an inclusive and engaged team environment.
