VP of Guidewire Applications Leadership

Lead innovation and strategy in Guidewire applications as VP with Arch Insurance Group in Jersey City, New Jersey. Drive governance, delivery maturity, and technology roadmaps to enhance the client experience. As the VP of Guidewire Applications, you will provide strategic leadership across the Guidewire domain while serving as the subject matter expert. This role includes establishing the Guidewire Center of Excellence and owning the technology-debt roadmap while ensuring program success across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Your expertise will be pivotal in aligning delivery methodologies with enterprise standards and enhancing workforce capability. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Guidewire Center of Excellence and establish best practices
- Define application standards and decision-making governance
- Advise leadership on application health and delivery risks
- Manage the Guidewire technology-debt roadmap effectively
- Develop role-based training and certification programs
- 12+ years in technology leadership roles
- Extensive Guidewire implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance framework
- Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
