Senior Associate, CMAAS at PwC

Advance your career with PwC as a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets CMAAS team. Drive exceptional service in accounting advisory for complex transactions and prospectus delivery. This role provides an opportunity to engage in high-profile financing transactions involving acquisitions and capital changes. You will work with clients and collaborative teams, ensuring technical accuracy in all prospectus-related documents. Your efforts will contribute to the standardization of practices that enhance service quality across the firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of prospectus documents for transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to assure technical execution
- Coordinate with external partners for timely reviews
- Review documents in collaboration with offshore delivery teams
- Develop tools and training for enhanced process efficiency
- Experience in financial reporting or deals environment
- Must hold a Canadian CPA or recognized equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP preferred
- Strong writing skills with clear technical communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
