Customer Care Specialist and Administration

Job Responsibility:
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in sales.
- Experience with attention to fine details.
- Experience in customer service.
- Well-spoken English Verbal and Written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Emailing customers tailored to the products they ordered, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Prepare shipping labels and customs documents for North American customers.
- Call customers to upsell parts and services after they make their purchase.
- Discuss preferred shipping options with customers via phone calls.
- Conduct monthly analysis of profits for each order to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Process phone orders efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing invoices
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
- Proven sales experience with a focus on customer relations.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
