Senior Growth Strategist, Generosity & Flowthrough (iGaming)
Fanatics
Fanatics Betting and Gaming seeks a Senior Growth Manager to own how promotional generosity is allocated and how its value flows to player outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of CRM, Finance and Analytics and demands strong modeling, risk assessment and cross-functional collaboration.
The candidate will build and maintain investment cases, optimize spend efficiency, and align generosity initiatives with broader growth strategies for Fanatics’ iGaming ecosystem.
