Strategic Account Manager at Fidelity

Drive client relationships at Fidelity with a Strategic Account Manager role based in Toronto. As a key member of the Strategic Account Management team, you will lead relationships with FCC clients, focusing on maximizing their profitability and efficiency. Collaboration with Sales and internal teams will be crucial for delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for C-Suite level clients
- Advocate for clients’ needs and objectives
- Analyze data to present operational trends
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans
- Manage escalations and service issues collaboratively
- 5+ years in client relationship management
- Extensive capital markets knowledge
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- University degree in Business or Finance
- Communication proficiency for technical material
