Daycare Cook

Job Responsibility:
We are currently seeking a Daycare Cook to join our team! This position runs from 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM , Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks for children in accordance with the daycare's menu plan and health standards
- Bake a variety of healthy options as part of daily snack and meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Support the team during mealtimes and help serve when required
- Complete required food documentation and allergy management procedures
Qualifications:
- Level 1 Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification or willingness to complete the free online Level 1 course
- Food Safety Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in cooking or baking preferred, but training will be provided
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
