- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Oversee and grow a robust mortgage pipeline
- Use proprietary tools to streamline operations
- Deliver excellent service with updated product knowledge
- Get involved in company events to build team spirit
- Proven sales experience, ideally in mortgage or finance
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to use D+H Expert and other digital tools
- Commitment to continuous professional development
