Job Responsibility:
Bruin's Plumbing and Heating Ltd. is a local and family owned Plumbing, Gas-fitting, Sheet Metal, HVAC and Refrigeration company specializing in Mechanical Contracting, which includes plumbing in new residential construction, commercial construction and service, maintenance & duct cleaning.
Service Dept Administrator
Our Service Dept Administrator is a crucial member of Bruin's Service team, responsible for paperwork administration (ie. invoicing, time sheet processing, etc.), tracking and close communication with technicians and the department manager. Very busy position in a fast paced office environment so a high level of organization and communication skills are required.

We look for excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with a wide variety of customers often in times of stress and urgency as well as technicians and office staff. Detail and accuracy are vital in transposing customer information. The ideal candidate will have effective time management skills and be able to demonstrate reliability and accountability for their work and take pride in a job well done
