Be at the centre of Bell’s transformation and growth on the Corporate Services team. Enabling our industry-leading businesses requires many teams working collaboratively, such as Corporate Security & Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Procurement, Strategic Business Transformation and Real Estate. You’ll be part of guiding strategic vision and hands-on delivery of the business to drive our business forward and support groups and team members across the entire organization.

Corporate Communications is at the center of the action, providing support that enables Bell’s industry leadership. Our team works with multiple partners across Bell to drive our enterprise, residential and media businesses forward.

The Corporate Communications team develops and manages all external and internal communications strategies for Bell, providing leadership on Media Relations, Financial Communications, Internal Communications, Community Investment & Sponsorship, Community Affairs and Public Affairs.

We are looking for someone to support corporate communications and partnerships, primarily in Quebec with some national responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead partnership programs in Quebec including Bell Let’s Talk and support the development of corporate partnerships, including budget and contract management.
• Executive Communications: Communications strategy and support for Quebec-based executives at speaking engagements and community events.
• Strategic Communications: Develop and execute integrated communications plans for Quebec-focused initiatives and national corporate announcements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
• Media Relations & Reputation Management: Proactive media engagement strategies, cultivate relationships with top-tier journalists and secure earned media coverage that strengthens Bell’s reputation.
• Content Development & Thought Leadership: Produce compelling written materials, including speaking notes, press releases, key messages, social posts, briefing notes, and thought leadership pieces that reinforce Bell’s corporate narrative.

Critical Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in corporate communications, with expertise in executive communications and corporate partnerships.
• Proven program management skills with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
• Event management experience including vendor management and production.
• Ability to lead strategic communications planning and deliver measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Quebec’s economic, political and regulatory landscape impacting telecom, media and technology sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing social media strategies and managing multichannel corporate campaigns.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, corporate partners, media and other key stakeholders.
• Quick learner with excellent research and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bilingualism required:

  In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
  As part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & English.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
