Senior Project Manager – Nuclear (Burlington, Ontario)
Compensation
Total rewards: $170,000 – $200,000 annually, competitive salary, eligible for direct pension contribution. Hybrid work model after six months.
Responsibilities
- Pre‑planning, development, and implementation of projects until completion.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contracts.
- Conduct daily inspections to verify work is performed appropriately.
- Review construction strategy and approach with estimators and business development personnel during bidding and proposal processes.
- Manage risk exposures on the project.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years in nuclear-related projects.
- Strong background in nuclear construction.
- Proven delivery of large capital projects.
- Engineering background (civil or mechanical) preferred.
