Product Specialist (Central - Western Canada ) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Neurovascular

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Product Specialist for the Neurovascular division covering Central-Western Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia). The role combines clinical sales support, territory management, and account oversight with primary care physicians and hospital systems.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and market share objectives while managing defined territory strategically
- Serve as primary contact for account management and hospital relationships across territory
- Execute national, regional, and local sales and marketing strategies for Neurovascular products
- Provide clinical support to customers on safe and effective use of product portfolio
- Develop proposals and manage RFP/RFQ processes in response to customer needs
Requirements
- University degree required; business, engineering, or health sciences preferred
- Minimum two years healthcare/medical device sales experience or three years technical healthcare experience
- Ability to understand and discuss complex clinical trials and related datasets
- Superior written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to work in laboratory and operating room environments
- Safe driving record per Johnson & Johnson SAFE Fleet guidelines; minimum 25% travel required
- Results-driven, collaborative problem-solver comfortable in commission/bonus-driven environment
