Currently partnered with a large MEMS foundry that manufactures for the aerospace, defense, optics, and photonics industries. They are looking for a talented engineer who is skilled in plasma etching, microelectronics, photolithography, and / or cleanroom fabrication

Responsibiliti

Develop, optimize, and sustain DRIE and plasma stripping processes, driving recipe improvements, equipment performance, process stability, repeatability, and product qual - ity.Troubleshoot complex technical and production-related issues, providing hands-on support to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and continuous process improvem
- ent.Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to adapt processes for customer requirements, support new product introductions, and contribute to innovation initiati
- ves.Create and maintain technical documentation, establish best practices, and train team members to ensure knowledge transfer, process consistency, and operational excelle
