TD Insurance in Ottawa is seeking a Residential Field Claims Adjuster to handle residential claims with on-site inspections, scoping damages and coordinating with contractors to facilitate settlements. You will analyze information to determine coverage and negotiate settlements to ensure fair outcomes.
You will maintain detailed documentation, deliver client-focused service, and uphold industry standards throughout the claims process.
