What You'll Do:

• Oversee fabrication operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
• Perform hands-on welding and fabrication alongside your team
• Assign tasks, set up workstations, and audit performance
• Train, mentor, and develop fabricators
• Maintain quality control standards and enforce safety protocols
• Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues, address production challenges, and collaborate with management to meet goals

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of fabrication and welding experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a metal shop setting with noise, dust, and welding operations
• Certifications: Driver's license, CWB and Welding Supervisor certification

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
