Personal Lines Account Associate
Insurance Office Of America, Inc.
Serve private insurance clients remotely as an Account Associate, using an active P&C license and precise policy servicing skills. Support the 8-5 PST schedule with focused client communication.
Insurance Office of America seeks a Private Client Group Personal Lines Account Associate. You will support account managers through policy servicing, administrative coordination, customer communications, and carrier follow-up. The work centers on accurate, timely service for personal insurance clients and agency retention objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes
- Manage email, fax, and return mail communications
- Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents
- Coordinate underwriting requirements with carriers and clients
- Assist account managers with client claims processes
Requirements:
- Two or more years of personal lines insurance experience
- Active property and casualty license
- Ability to obtain licensing in fifty states
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
