You will provide comprehensive care while tailoring services to complex clinical needs. Additionally, opportunities for specialization in Long-Term Care or Medical Assistance in Dying are available as you work with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to various patient populations
- Tailor services to meet complex clinical needs
- Work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams
- Customize work schedules for personal and professional preferences
- Participate in wellness programs and ongoing skill development
- Must be eligible for CCFP certification
- CMPA membership required
- Hold a full or provisional license from CPSBC
- Experience with diverse patient care preferred
- Commitment to promoting equity in healthcare practice
