- Conduct inspections and investigate property claims
- Handle field tasks on behalf of telephone adjusters
- Analyze information and determine insurance coverage
- Negotiate claim settlements within authority limits
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders for efficient claims management
- University degree or relevant training/experience
- 5 to 7 years in personal and commercial property claims
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with technology and excellent computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
