Wattpad follows a hybrid work model, with employees working from our vibrant downtown Toronto office 3x per week.
We're looking for an HR Generalist to help shape how employees experience our workplace from their first day through every milestone after. You'll curate the moments that make people feel welcomed, recognized, and connected, while also building the operational HR foundation that keeps our Wattpad HR team running smoothly.
If you are someone who is excited about creating memorable employee moments and wants to grow a well-rounded HR skill set, this role could be a great fit for you. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative and take an employee-focused approach in this role!
