On a daily basis you will have to:
· Provide assistance in financial planning, including preparation of budgets and proposals.
· Provide support in financial tracking including presentation, analysis of results and establishment of corrective measures.
· Monitor quality.
· Participate in the definition of projects.
· Establish design basis and develop concepts.
· Participate in the preparation of specifications and drawings for the following specialties: HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
· Size and select equipment.
· Establish and define technical standards required for the projects.
· Prepare specification lists.
Requirements:
· Bachelor of mechanical Engineering
· Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Mechanical Building: HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
· Fluency in French and English required occasionally since the person will collaborate with colleagues and clients outside of Quebec, both written and oral.
