Executive Compensation & Governance Lead - Global HR

Scotiabank is seeking a Manager, Executive Compensation and Governance within Global HR to lead risk and governance activities, coordinate compensation forecasting, and support year-end processes for executive pay. The role requires autonomy, seniority, and strong ethics in a multinational financial services context.
The candidate will collaborate with Finance, Reporting, and CRC teams while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies across the bank’s global footprint.
