CAA AI Director: Strategy and Governance

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the integration of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with the HGAI mission. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will refine the AI roadmap and oversee the AI delivery pipeline to achieve business success. You will also establish comprehensive governance practices, ensuring compliance and risk management across AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee AI strategy execution and alignment
• Prioritize and manage AI use-case delivery
• Implement effective governance and tracking processes
• Conduct performance and risk reviews of AI solutions
• Mentor a team of ML/AI Specialists
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 10+ years in technology or AI roles
• Proven experience in regulated environments
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks
• Track record in team leadership and stakeholder engagement
