Requirements :

• 3+ years of senior-level project management experience


• Strong leadership and delegation skills


• Preferably with experience in the sign or retail industry.


• Familiarity with ERP System and management tools (Wrike, Microsoft suit).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Working knowledge of spreadsheet software.


• Familiarity with data analysis to derive project insights.

Job Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Conduct risk management assessments to minimize potential project risks.

- Navigate an ERP system to organize project workflows and timelines effectively.

- Manage working relationships with clients, internal resources, and third parties, including vendors, subcontractors, and utilities.

- Collaborate with designers and other Project Managers to allocate resources, evaluate progress, and obtain necessary permits.

- Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures whenever possible.

- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
