You will excel in customer interaction, manage operational compliance, and implement effective merchandising strategies that support brand growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop team members on the sales floor

- Analyze KPIs for store performance improvement
- Oversee inventory management and compliance practices
- Maintain appealing merchandise displays for customer appeal
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
