Specialist, Contract Management and Risk Management - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Contract management: draft, review, administer contracts and service agreements; maintain centralized repository and tracking system; monitor deliverables, renewals, and compliance
• Vendor performance: evaluate vendors against contractual obligations; coordinate performance reviews; develop dashboards and reporting tools
• Enterprise risk management: support ERM framework; facilitate risk identification and mitigation; maintain corporate and departmental risk registers; prepare risk reports for leadership
• Compliance and governance: support policy development, internal audits, and compliance assessments
• Procurement support: assist with RFPs, RFQs, vendor evaluations, and procurement documentation
• Reporting and analysis: develop dashboards and briefing materials; analyze trends and risk data; prepare recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Law, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in contract administration, risk management, procurement, compliance, or governance
• Preferred certifications: CRM, SCMP, CPCM, PMP or CAPM
