Strategy and Portfolio Management
Define and execute the business innovation roadmapLead the portfolio of initiatives from prioritization through benefits realizationMonitor performance, risks, and resource allocationProvide portfolio updates and strategic recommendations to leadershipData and Business Intelligence
Advance data governance and data quality practices across the organizationImprove access to business information and business intelligence solutionsEstablish sustainable data standards in collaboration with key stakeholdersProcess Improvement

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Data, or a related fieldSignificant experience in organizational transformation, process improvement, business intelligence, automation, digital transformation, or artificial intelligenceProven experience leading teams and strategic initiatives within a complex or multi-site environmentStrong understanding of data governance, business intelligence, process improvement, and business-process automationExperience establishing governance frameworks, performance management practices, and benefits realization processesRecognized for strong business acumen, influence, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsAbility to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomesFluent in French and English;
