Build physician search and AI-enabled recruiting for CPP Clinics across its North American and European medspa network. Shape scalable talent acquisition systems.As Project Manager, Talent Acquisition and Innovation, you will create recruiting motions for physicians and experienced nurse injectors. The work spans sourcing, outreach, offers, onboarding, candidate engagement, and workforce planning. You will partner with clinic leaders, regional teams, and CPP’s central team.Key Responsibilities:
Design repeatable searches for plastic surgeons and dermatologistsBuild experienced nurse injector pipelines and transition supportPilot AI solutions across sourcing and candidate screeningMeasure recruiting technology impact on time and costCoordinate hiring priorities with clinic and regional leadersRequirements:
Senior talent acquisition or search experienceExperience making hard-to-fill, high-value hiresComfort building processes, tools, and teamsCuriosity about practical AI applicationsBilingual English and French is an assetApply talent acquisition, physician search, and AI skills to expand CPP Clinics’ recruiting capabilities across multiple locations.
