We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Receive and direct phone calls
- Customer service including: directing and managing customer requests, sales lead coordination, and customer onboarding development
- Coordinate schedules and meetings
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Administer supplier payments
- Provide administrative support throughout the organization as needed
- General office duties, including: issue purchase orders, sort mail, prepare and record deposits, correspondence, and filing
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in office administration in a customer service role
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma in a Business program
- Proficiency in computerized systems and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clerical skills for administrative tasks
