Job Responsibility:
Job Title: Cannabis Associate
Prime Cannabis is a local, BC Company located in West Kelowna who's mission it is to provide an easy, educational, and safe retail experience empowering the guest to choose from a variety of premium cannabis products.
About the role: This position is a Monday to Friday evening postion. Budtender will act as a retail associate whose goal is to provide a superior customer service experience. Whether it's working on the till, educating the customers or sorting inventory, this position is a critical role in the success of our organization.
About you: Are you passionate about cannabis? Helping people? Providing the highest level of customer service? If you've answered yes to all of these, then look no further. We're looking for a strong communicator, who's personable, reliable, and punctual.
Job Duties:
*Greet and assist customers
*Educate the customers on the variety of products
*Operating a point of sales system - Cova
*Maintaining a clean environment at all times
*Managing inventory
*Ensuring accurate cash outs
Summary of requirements:
*Must have min 1-3-years of customer service experience
Retail Cannabis experience is a HUGE asset.
* Applicants are responsible for obtaining a Provincial Worker Verification "Selling it Right"
*Cannabis knowledge is an asset
- Minimum 19-years of age
