Account Manager

Exhibit Studio Ltd.

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team!

Exhibit Studio designs and builds trade show exhibits, branded environments, experiential activations, and custom display solutions for clients across North America. We're looking for someone with strong relationship-building skills and excellent project coordination, estimating, and business development abilities.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the trade show, experiential marketing, large-format printing, display, event, or architectural environment industries. You understand the fast-paced, detail-driven nature of custom project work.

What You Will Do

The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through project completion. You'll ensure a high level of communication, organization, and service throughout the process.

Client & Project Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through responsive communication and proactive service.
  • Lead the discovery and scope collection process by gathering all project details, timelines, objectives, and technical requirements before handing projects off internally.
  • Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations.
  • Manage scope changes proactively and issue change orders as required.
  • Ensure all changes are properly documented and approved before additional work proceeds.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Coordinators, Design, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide clear and timely client-facing communication throughout all stages of production.
  • Review project budgets, invoices, and final billing to ensure all work performed is captured accurately.

Sales & Business Development

  • Grow and maintain existing client accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry events.
  • Track sales activity, account development, and opportunities within CRM systems.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Manager regarding account activity and forecasting.

Event & On-Site Support

  • Support on-site execution for trade shows, activations, and branded environment installations as required.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Assist with problem-solving and client support during live events when needed.

What We Are Looking For

You're organized, client-focused, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple custom projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, sales, or client services within one or more of the following industries:
  • Trade shows & exhibits
  • Experiential marketing
  • Large-format printing
  • Events & activations
  • Custom fabrication
  • Signage & display systems
  • Interior architectural environments
  • Strong estimating and budgeting experience.
  • Experience managing custom or project-based work with multiple moving parts and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with internal production teams, vendors, and clients simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

  • Some evening or weekend work may be required during peak event periods.
