The Company
Right at Home is currently looking for an individual to join our Management Team in the role of Junior Care Coordinator . In this role, as part of the Care Coordination team, you will coordinate care and work to ensure the accurate and timely scheduling for our clients with our exceptional caregivers. Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Create and maintain both client and caregiver monthly schedules
· Communicate with clients and caregivers in regard to their schedules
· Manage changing needs for both clients and caregivers
· Work closely with care planners to identify proper client/caregiver matching
· Lead meetings
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in a fast-paced scheduling environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office & computer skills
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team
- Excellent communication & customer service skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to focus on specific tasks along with competing priorities
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing situations
- Strong organizational skills
