Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve breakfast items and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu items and ingredients.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and timely service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Process payments and manage cash register transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or café setting is preferred.
- Valid Smart Serve certification is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Must be available to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
