• representative: prospecting, negotiation, closing and quotas

• Develop Global Accounts and restore growth in the territories to be reconquered

• Intervene as reinforcement in complex negotiations.

• Help other representatives manage and grow their territory: joint calls, preparation of negotiations, role plays

• Train the team in prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing

• Set quotas and KPIs, produce consolidated forecasts and monitor the margin (P&L)

• Grow the team without replacing it: autonomy on the “how”, alignment on the “what”

Your profile

• 10 years and more in complex B2B sales, with demonstrated experience in Global Accounts management

• Experience of coaching or mentoring senior salespeople

• Proven ability to take over territories in difficulty and bring them back to growth

• Driven by data: CRM, KPIs, forecasts, P&L, pricing and margins

• Leadership of influence, mentoring posture and ease in difficult conversations

• Perfect mastery of French and English, orally and in writing (The candidate will be called upon to communicate daily with clients located throughout America. He must have perfect command of French and English. Mastery of Spanish will be considered an important asset.)
