Senior Manager, Finance at ATB

Lead financial strategy as the Senior Manager, SSU Finance at ATB, where you influence decisions through monthly reporting, forecasting, and your strong leadership. This hybrid role allows you to thrive while mentoring a dynamic team. At ATB, you will partner with Strategic Support Units to drive financial excellence as a Senior Manager. Responsible for monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and strategic insights, you will guide your team's performance and enhance collaboration. Your expertise in financial modeling and operational analysis will empower business leaders with actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Develop annual SSU budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Oversee monthly financial reporting packages
- Provide financial support to business partners
- Collaborate across teams to build strategic partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree with CPA or CFA designation
- Proven leadership skills in diverse teams
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Expertise in Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Excel
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial information
