Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Azure, and Microsoft Graph integration.
- Experience developing custom workflows, forms, web parts, and business solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Consulting experience delivering solutions for multiple clients and concurrent projects.
- Experience gathering requirements, providing technical recommendations, and supporting end-to-end project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions to support business requirements.
- Develop and enhance SharePoint sites, portals, workflows, forms, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while managing priorities and meeting project timelines.
- Provide consulting expertise, best practices, and recommendations to improve collaboration, automation, and business processes.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
