We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious High-Rack Forklift Specialist to join our high-volume distribution center. In this role, you will navigate narrow aisles, manage inventory, and execute high-bay placement with efficiency and care.

Key Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience operating stand-up reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Active, valid external Reach Truck certification.

Immediate availability to start (no notice period required).

Reliable personal transportation for daily commuting (location is not accessible by public transit).

May include working in specialized climate-controlled environments (chilled sections or deep freezer units).
Earn $21 - $23 per hour paid weekly direct deposit
Multiple Shifts Available, Day, afternoon, nights.

Responsibilities
Safely drive stand-up reach trucks to lift, push, pull, stack, and inventory.
Load/unload trailers, palletize goods, and stage freight at loading docks.

Conduct daily pre-shift inspections (circle checks), report equipment damage, and maintain a clean warehouse floor.

Qualifications
Certification for Stand-Up Reach Truck operation.
Stand-up reach truck experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably stand and maneuver in tight, narrow-aisle spaces.
Willing to obtain steel toes boots, and proper PPE
