Senior MicroStrategy Developer, Brampton, ON

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individuals with advanced MicroStrategy skills who can build applications following high-quality standards, enabling end-users to leverage data for improved business performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of MicroStrategy, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach. You will play a crucial role in building and architecting of the Semantic, and develop Web and Mobile Dossiers, Documents, and Reports as part of the agile development life cycle. This role requires close collaboration with partner teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant deployment of BI solutions that empower out organization with actionable insights. What You'll Do:

• Understand, discuss, and design MicroStrategy Applications in close collaboration with BI Analysts and business users to estimate and deploy MicroStrategy projects.
• Create mock-ups to validate business requirements, and develop MicroStrategy objects following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functionally with Data Management, onshore and offshore developers to deliver impactful BI applications.
• Build the MicroStrategy Data Model, create the MicroStrategy Schema, and Conduct thorough data analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, and Grooming sessions to collaborate and communicate project progress.

What you Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in Business Intelligence and Data warehousing concepts.
• Extensive experience as a MicroStrategy architect and developer in environments with large datasets and complex requirements.
• Applied experience in Data Modeling with SQL and NoSQL databases (Teradata and Google BigQuery preferred).
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solution.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience in Retail and MicroStrategy certification are considered assets.
