We are actively seeking a highly empathetic and professional Financial Services and Insurance (Home and Auto) Customer Sales Representative to enhance our services division in Dieppe, NB. This role is tailored for an individual passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others by providing exceptional service and support. As a pivotal part of our team, you will focus on maintaining and strengthening client relationships, resolving inquiries with compassion and efficiency, and ensuring our clients feel valued and understood.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions regarding policies, coverage, and claims.
• Guide clients through the process of understanding their insurance products, making policy changes, and ensuring they are fully informed about their coverage options.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, characterized by mutual respect and a deep understanding of their individual needs and circumstances.
• Handle service issues with a solutions-oriented approach, aiming to resolve concerns at the first point of contact whenever possible.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery by providing feedback and suggestions based on client interactions and experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and transactions, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Stay informed about the latest industry developments, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current information.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably within the sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs effectively.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with an empathetic and patient approach.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• General Insurance Licensing is preferred (Level 1 or Level 2), not required at time of interview.
• LLQP Certification, not required at time of interview
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
