This full-time, on-site position requires a hands-on approach to property management, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, tenant relations, and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective operational management of the community
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents

• Monitor compliance and conduct file audits
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of property management experience required
• Experience developing budgets and managing finances
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in multi-tower developments is a plus
