Lead the expansion of the Wellness Clinic as a Clinical Care Leader at The Ottawa Hospital. This role focuses on project management, staffing, and collaboration for optimal patient care. The Ottawa Hospital is seeking a Clinical Care Leader for a temporary position until October 1, 2027. You will plan and implement the Wellness Clinic's growth and oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality services for staff and their families. Key aspects include team supervision, hiring, and professional development to foster interprofessional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Wellness Clinic expansion projects and operations
- Support hiring and onboarding of clinic staff
- Lead team development, coaching, and performance management
- Promote interprofessional collaboration among staff
- Ensure the provision of quality wellness services
- 4-year degree in Health Profession or related field
- Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional designation
- Three years of experience in Ambulatory care
- Leadership experience in clinical settings
- Excellent communication and time management skills
