En tant que Consultant en Recrutement Bilingue, vous contribuerez à la croissance continue de notre division Construction.
Vos responsabilités incluront :- Identifier, développer et fidéliser vos clients dans un environnement très concurrentiel.
- Cerner les problématiques clients pour mieux les aider et leur proposer des solutions de recrutement adaptées.
- Identifier et prendre contact avec les talents pour leur présenter les opportunités, les conseiller et évaluer pour chaque poste ceux qui seront les plus en adéquation avec la culture d'entreprise et les spécificités du poste.
- Gérer le process de recrutement dans sa globalité, de la prise de contact aux démarches administratives et financières.
- Gestion et suivi des candidatures tout au long du processus de recrutement pour garantir un niveau de satisfaction élevé.
- Stratégique, parce qu'une politique de recrutement efficace est un atout compétitif majeur pour les entreprises,
- Complète, car elle associe développement et gestion d'affaires soutenue pour développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients,
- Exigeante, puisqu'elle nécessite un sens aigu du service et du résultat et requiert à la fois empathie et force de conviction auprès de vos interlocuteurs.

The Successful Applicant
- Vous justifiez d'au minimum 3 années d'expérience en développement d'affaires et/ou en acquisition de talents ?
- Vous parlez parfaitement Anglais et Français ?
- Vous faites preuve de curiosité, de créativité, vous êtes ouvert, dynamique, avec un bon relationnel et un sens commercial développé ?
- Vous êtes ambitieux et vous souhaitez vous accomplir dans une organisation où le principe de méritocratie est fondamental ?
- Vous souhaitez rejoindre un leader mondial et un secteur d'activité en pleine croissance ?
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans le secteur de la Construction ?
