We're growing! And looking for a sharp, strategic Social Media Coordinator to help us elevate and expand our online presence.

The Role

As our Social Media Lead , you won't just be posting content; you will also be shaping the voice of our brand and the visual esthetic of the social content we share. This part-time role blends creative intuition, data-driven strategy, and a deep understanding of our customer and community.

You will get to work one-on-one with Sonya (our in-house influencer & FYL owner) and be the lead driver with deciding what hits our grid! You will also collaborate with our talented team of bra fit specialists, to make sure our content is as ‘on-point' as our best-selling bra.

To stay connected with the real needs and stories of our customers, you'll also be trained as a bra fitter and will regularly work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with our customers. Yes - we want our social lead grounded in the real experiences of the people we serve. Trust us, that's where the magic (and the best content) is created!

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and our VIP Facebook Group.
• Write authentic, on-brand captions that reflect FYL's tone: confident, inclusive, cheeky, fun and caring.
• Shoot and edit ‘behind the scenes' content such as product highlights, fit education, and customer stories.
• Create Stories and Reels featuring styling tips, team takeovers, trending audio, candid moments, etc.
• Appear in Stories/Reels as needed; confident, not perfect, is we love around here.
• Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with our marketing manager to create and post engaging, informative and fun ads for social media.
• Find, collaborate and hire local models and ‘regular' people to shoot content with so that we can showcase our products on as many different bodies ages and backgrounds as possible.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and tags with warmth, knowledge, and personality.
• Monitor social metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, etc.) and report in our Monthly meetings.
• Identify top-performing content and optimize content based on learnings.
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and new tools/features
• Suggest new formats, series, or campaigns based on data and community feedback

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media, is preferred; however, relevant experience and a strong portfolio is what matters most.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient in the English language).
• A solid understanding of current social media platforms, trends and marketing planning tools.
• A foundation in graphic design and visual storytelling principles.
• Self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable in a very fast-paced retail environment.
• Confidence with light, photo and video editing programs (mobile or desktop).
• You will need a strong ability to interpret and act on analytics data.
