About this role

Viessmann is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Langley, BC. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our sales engine—ensuring flawless order processing, driving customer adoption of our digital portals, and facilitating smooth international logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Sales Engine: Take ownership of the accurate entry, maintenance, and seamless close-out of all Sales Orders and custom variants within our enterprise ERP system (SAP).
• Elevate Customer Experience: Partner with clients to identify and build smart digital tools that make interacting and doing business with Viessmann effort-free.
• Guide & Consult: Act as a trusted advisor—guiding customers on product selection, pricing, and availability while crafting tailored sales quotations.
• Problem-Solve in Real-Time: Serve as the go-to liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve order challenges quickly and uphold exceptional service standards.
• Master Our Digital Portal: Build deep expertise in the Vi-Shop customer portal, guiding clients through navigation, order placements, and account reviews.
• Empower Client Self-Service: Lead interactive customer onboarding and training sessions for Vi-Shop, driving adoption and enabling clients to manage orders independently.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Help maintain robust internal controls, data integrity, and compliance across SAP, LVS reporting, and key sales documentation systems.
• Power Global Logistics: Facilitate international commerce by generating complete customs documentation and export paperwork for U.S. container shipments, European orders, and LTL logistics.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or a customer-facing logistics role.

Preferred Requirements

• Prior experience utilizing or administering SAP and LVS reporting systems.
• Direct experience conducting customer training, webinars, or onboarding sessions for digital Vi-Shop and Vi-Parts Apps (SaaS/portal tools).
• Background working in manufacturing, HVAC, technical product distribution, or international trade sectors.
• Proficiency with cross-border logistics across North America (US/Canada) and European export markets.
• Hands-on experience navigating and managing orders within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (e.g., SAP).
• Proven track record of providing direct customer advice on product selection, pricing, and order troubleshooting.
• Strong digital literacy with experience guiding customers through web portals, online platforms, or software tools.
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and export/import compliance (specifically U.S. and cross-border logistics).
• Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada.

Pay Range

The expected base salary range for this role is between $33,000.00 CAD - $83,000.00 CAD annually. The rate of pay may be impacted by factors such as the applicant's geographic location, market data/range, skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and/or other relevant considerations. This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, as well as possible retirement contributions. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the province in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This role may also provide the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation in the form of annual bonus, sales bonus, sales commission or local incentive. If the role provides for an opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, it will be based on measurable performance factors which may include company performance, individual performance or other key performance indicators.
