Sales Strategy Director Adecco Group

Adecco Group

Lead strategic sales initiatives as the Director of Sales Strategy and Solution Design at Adecco Group. Drive client solutions, oversee business development, and optimize sales processes while collaborating with top executives. As a vital advisor to the Vice President of Sales, the Director will leverage operational experience in a management role. You'll engage closely with business development leaders to analyze client needs, develop profitable solution designs, and enhance business strategies. This leadership position requires robust planning and superior communication skills to effectively represent the company. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide solution design for sales initiatives
Assess client needs and strategic goals for alignment
Collaborate with leaders on account design recommendations
Improve RFP win probabilities through tailored proposals
Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute key projects

Requirements:

Minimum of eight years in a related service sector role
At least three years in management or leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
