- Maintain the cloud-hosted AWIPS environment
- Develop processing utilities and custom applications
- Handle data ingestion, ensuring timely access
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues
- Collaborate with meteorologists for solution designs
- Proficient in Python and/or Java programming
- Experience with Linux-based operational settings
- Knowledge of GRIB, NetCDF formats
- Background in data ingestion pipeline design
- Direct interaction with meteorological data systems
