Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team and help transform business processes through innovative system solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business needs, design system solutions, and ensure successful implementation to drive efficiency and productivity. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying opportunities for system enhancements and optimization.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Extract information from data models and databases and document processes.
- Work with the technical team to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Work with the QA team to facilitate testing and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Liaise between business and IT, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Bi-Lingual (English/French)
- Experience working with developers and engineers on IT Projects
- Ability to solve technical problems and understand complex details
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies and work-item management systems such as Jira.
- Experience with database management and SQL
- Experience in Credit Restructuring or Insolvency is a plus
