Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Financial Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and guidance to clients while helping them find their dream vehicle. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop tailored financial plans, and offer solutions that align with their objectives. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-driven and want to be rewarded for their work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients to identify their needs and goals.
- Develop relationships with clients and provide expert advice on vehicles and financing.
- Educate clients on various products and services available to them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client needs.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in finance or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software applications.
