Lead customer analytics, data, and artificial intelligence for Pet Valu in Markham, Ontario, with a full-time hybrid work model.As Senior Director, Customer Intelligence, Data & AI, you will define enterprise strategy across customer analytics, business intelligence, data science, and measurement. You will translate customer behavior and value insights into growth strategies while guiding loyalty, CRM, digital, and MarTech capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Define multi-year Customer Intelligence strategy aligned with corporate growth objectivesEstablish customer measurement frameworks and enterprise key performance indicatorsLead segmentation, lifetime value, retention, and behavioral analyticsDevelop predictive models, AI roadmaps, and personalization capabilitiesBuild the Customer Intelligence Centre of ExcellenceRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline10+ years in data, analytics, or customer insights7+ years leading analytics or customer intelligence teamsExperience influencing executive strategy through customer insightsExpert knowledge of data integration, governance, APIs, and architectureShape Pet Valu’s customer intelligence agenda through analytics, AI, data governance, and executive decision support.
